These terms apply to your use of KOREAKIDSTOWN and purchases through this store. Please read the product information and our shipping, return and privacy policies before ordering.

Products and options

We sell physical trading cards, toys and character merchandise shipped from South Korea. Check the selected set, edition, language, quantity and product contents before purchase. Sealed trading-card contents are randomized; particular cards and rarities are not guaranteed. Images help identify products, and colours may vary with your display.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are displayed at checkout before payment. Import charges not collected at checkout may depend on your destination and shipping service; refer to our shipping policy or contact us for clarification.

Orders

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Items marked Sold out cannot be ordered. If an availability, pricing or payment problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; any statutory rights applicable to the transaction remain in effect.

Dispatch, cancellations and returns

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and South Korean public holidays. Delivery time is additional. Contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation or address change. Requests may be affected by dispatch status, without restricting mandatory cancellation rights. Our return and refund policy explains return requests, defective items and refunds.

Use of this store

Do not misuse the store, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its security or operation. Brand names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the products offered and does not imply that KOREAKIDSTOWN is the brand owner.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled when you use the store. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory law takes precedence over conflicting wording.

Cancellation requests and delivery restrictions

Request cancellation or return from your orders, or email koreakidstown@gmail.com with your order number. Unfulfilled items may be requested for cancellation before fulfillment. Requests are reviewed and do not automatically trigger refunds. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights. Country-level shipping rates do not guarantee service to every postal code. If we cancel a whole order because delivery is unavailable, we refund the full amount paid, including shipping and any taxes we collected, to the original payment method without deducting processing fees.

The cancellation, returns and refunds policy explains request periods, applicable EU/UK withdrawal rights and refund timing. The shipping policy explains product-specific preparation times, delays and import charges. Product-specific PRE-ORDER and NIKKE preparation times apply instead of the general 3–5 business-day estimate above. If we cannot dispatch on time, we notify you and provide the delay-consent and cancellation/refund options required by law. No term transfers our mandatory tax-collection or consumer-protection obligations to you.
