Cancel or return an order

Open your orders — request cancellation or return

Sign in with the email used for your purchase and select your order. You can request cancellation of unfulfilled items before fulfillment. We review requests before processing any refund. If the button is unavailable, use the form below or email koreakidstown@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to cancel. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Read our cancellation and refund policy.

If we cancel your entire order because delivery is unavailable, we notify you and refund the full amount paid, including shipping and taxes collected by us, to your original payment method.

For an existing order, include your order number and a short description of how we can help. For damaged or incorrect items, attach photos where possible.

Orders ship from South Korea. In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and South Korean public holidays. International transit time is additional.
